Checkout is completed through Shopify-hosted payment processing. Available payment methods and the final order total are shown at checkout.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days after delivery when they remain complete and in their original packaging. Return eligibility, freight responsibilities, and refund timing are governed by our Return Policy.

Shipping Transparency

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Oversized kayaks ship by freight carrier, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days after processing. Tracking or carrier information is sent when the shipment is dispatched. Review our Shipping Policy for complete details.

Product Information & Quality Assurance

Each product page displays the available configurations, current listed price, product images, materials, care guidance, included items, and specifications supplied for that product. We do not represent a product as certified, tested to a particular standard, or covered by a special warranty unless that information is expressly stated on the product page or included manufacturer documentation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect freight packaging at delivery. Report visible damage, missing parts, or an incorrect product within 48 hours and provide the order number and clear photographs so our support team can review the issue.
