30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your pedal fishing kayak. If you are not, we accept returns under the following conditions.
Return Window: You may return unused kayaks within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The kayak must be in its original packaging and unused condition.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Kayaks must be returned via freight shipping due to their size. We recommend insuring the shipment.
Damaged Items: If your kayak arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used kayaks with signs of water damage or wear
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
